Construction Foreman in Training:

Compensation is $25-30 /hour based on experience.

The Job:

• Paid training to lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers
• Construct pre-engineered post frame structures
• Read plans, organize job sites, supervise employees
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment
• Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground
• Stable income and reliable year-round construction work
• Work outside in a variety of elements
• Operate a one-ton crew cab, pull a trailer, and operate a skid steer

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• More than 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess valid driver’s license
