• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a 1-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
