Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of marine/general construction experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building practices, safety regulations, and job-site requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches with ease.
• Proficient in the use of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to delegate tasks, manage crews, and lead by example.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and industry software.
• Welding and diving certifications are preferred but not required.
