Role Description

The Construction Foreman is a full-time, on-site role based in LaPlace, LA, responsible for overseeing daily field operations on residential and commercial projects. This role coordinates crews, assigns tasks, and monitors progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Construction Foreman interprets plans, organizes materials and equipment, and collaborates with project managers, trade partners, and clients as needed. Daily responsibilities include supervising carpentry and other trades, conducting site inspections, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining accurate logs and reports. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, guiding team members, and supporting a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
