Job summary

Cincinnati Landscaping in Bethel, OH is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead outdoor crews and manage drainage and hardscape projects from start to finish. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service on every site.

The ideal candidate has construction experience, knowledge of tools and practices, and a valid driver''s license. Work weeks are Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm, with PTO and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction practices and tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise outdoor construction crews and daily job-site activities.
• Install and oversee drainage systems, including downspout drains, French drains, catch basins, culverts, swales, and grading.
• Perform hardscape and outdoor construction, including retaining walls, paver patios, and other installations.
• Operate and maintain equipment and hand tools safely.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow project plans and complete work efficiently and to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles.
• Work effectively as part of a team while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

PAY: $23-$27 per hour, offer depending on experience
