Venture Global LNG seeks a Senior Associate in Arlington to drive liquidity and finance integration for large capital projects. You will oversee loan disbursements, ensure covenant compliance, and link project data with company-wide financial planning and reporting.

The role requires building robust cash flow models, partnering with accounting, and delivering clear financial insights to senior leadership. Occasional extended hours may be needed to meet deadlines.

Formación

• 4+ years in finance, project finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• GAAP knowledge and financial statement fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage term loan disbursement processes, including draw preparation, lender submissions, and compliance certifications.
• Ensure adherence to financing agreements and covenant requirements.
• Translate construction progress and commitments into GAAP accruals and balance sheet entries.
• Integrate project budgets and forecasts with corporate finance systems.
• Develop forward-looking financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
