Morgan Corp. in Duncan, SC is seeking a Finance Intern to support our finance and accounting initiatives during the summer.

The intern will gain hands-on experience working with our finance professionals in a construction and industrial environment, learning daily financial operations. This internship is designed for college students pursuing Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field, or those with an interest in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college/university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in field and jobsite environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist with coding invoices for accounts payable and financial reporting.
• Support accounts payable and payroll compliance activities.
• Assist the project accounting team in creating and executing change orders and purchase orders.
• Participate in weekly department meetings discussing daily activities and strategic goals.
• Assist with data collection, recordkeeping, and financial metrics tracking.
• Assist with processing expense reimbursements and communicating with operations teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a culture of financial discipline.
