Job Title: Project Engineer, Operations

Location: Louisville, CO

Reports to: Project Manager and VP of Construction

Overview: The Project Engineer, Operations, ensures safety, quality, and profitability by managing commercial mechanical projects, including preparation, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams by attending meetings, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining effective communication.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, RFIs, and updating drawings.
  • Manage materials and equipment, including submittals and tracking.
  • Assist with project closeout activities, including documentation and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore is a plus.
  • High integrity, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and accountability.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and in office, meet deadlines, and pass background and drug tests.
