Job summary

STRATA is seeking a Field Professional in Twin Falls, Idaho to perform field testing of construction materials and provide accurate, timely reporting. You will visit active sites, test soils and other materials, observe construction activities, collect samples, and support lab staff.

Our team of professionals work closely with contractors, architects, and engineers to support quality and compliance across a wide range of projects. We are currently seeking a Field Professional to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho.

About the Role

A field professional performs field testing and observations of construction materials in accordance with applicable procedures and standards. This role supports project success through accurate testing, timely reporting, and strong communication.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike. You may:

• Visit active construction sites throughout the region
• Test soil, concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials
• Observe construction activities and document project progress
• Collect samples and perform field inspections
• Record and report test results using company-provided technology
• Assist laboratory personnel with material testing as needed

Our ideal candidates will have over one year of construction materials testing experience and two or more of the following certifications.

• Soil and asphalt in-place density training (such as APNGA certifications);
• Concrete testing ((ACI and WAQTC certifications);
• Sampling and testing SRDTT, aggregate, embankment, and asphalt (WAQTC certifications).
