Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a mid-level Project Manager for Construction & Field Services in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role combines field and office work, managing projects from planning through execution in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction/project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; CAD/Civil 3D/Trimble are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and environmental field projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, schedules, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and progress reporting.
• Support field operations, inspections, sampling, and compliance activities as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory/client requirements are met.
• Collaborate with project teams, superintendents, and clients throughout project lifecycles.
