Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and liaise between field and office management.
• Ensure satisfaction, safety, and quality alongside Project Superintendents.
• Oversee labor budget, production, and schedule.
• Provide leadership and development across company areas.
• Represent the company throughout South Louisiana and Texas.
• Travel as necessary based on project needs.
• Report to the Vice President of Projects.
