Job summary

Holt Brothers, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern to support the project team in the field and office.

You will gain hands-on learning by observing field layout, quality control, safety practices, documentation, and coordination under guidance from the Superintendent and project engineering team. Responsibilities include assisting with daily field reports, punch lists, RFI/submittal tracking, and drawing markups.

Qualifications

• Candidate pursues an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn about construction.
• Willingness to work on an active construction site in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Observe and assist with field layout activities and dimensional control.
• Shadow quality control inspections and document deficiencies.
• Track punch list items from identification to resolution under supervision.
