Qualifications

• Experience in construction, civil engineering, construction engineering, or surveying.
• Ability to interpret civil plans and specifications with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication with project teams and contractors.
• Well-developed problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at construction sites.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document construction activities to ensure conformance with plans.
• Communicate requirements to contractors and project teams.
• Assist with site access, safety checks, and progress reporting.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
