Job summary

CV3 Holdings seeks a Construction Feasibility Analyst II to analyze rehab scope of work and supporting docs, reducing loan risk. You will work with CV3 customers, third-party providers, and internal teams before and after loan closings.

You will confirm budgets, comment on plans and invoices, liaise with underwriters, credit analysts, sales, and clients, and contribute to policy development. A BA/BS in construction-related field and 3-5 years in construction management are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Construction Management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction loans with construction reserve; familiar with construction terminology.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent use of construction budget confirmation systems (i.e., Marshall and Swift Estimator).

This position will report to and operate within ServEase, a dedicated subsidiary of CV3 Holdings.

ServEase is CV3 Financials’ in-house loan servicing division, purpose-built to set a higher standard for private lending servicing. General Purpose

The Construction Feasibility Analyst II (CFA II) is instrumental in analyzing scope of work rehab projects and supporting documentation to eliminate financial risks inherent in construction loan products. The role works directly with CV3 customers, third party service providers and interdepartmentally before and after a loan closes. As a contributor to construction element credit policies, the CFA monitors and addresses rehab budget quality issues, participating in product and process development and reviewing complex construction loan transactions to make informed lending and investment decisions.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Construction Management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction loans with construction reserve; familiar with construction terminology.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
