Beck's Admin Office in Princeton, IL is seeking a Director of Construction and Facilities to lead planning, development, construction, remodeling, and maintenance across Beck's growing network of convenience stores and car washes. This hands‑on leadership role drives performance and quality from start to finish.

The role oversees our facilities program, leads the maintenance team, and guides contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction, remodeling, or facilities projects.
• Ability to work with contractors, vendors, architects, and multiple trades.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, analysis, construction, remodeling, and maintenance of Beck's stores and car washes.
• Oversee facilities maintenance program and supervise Maintenance Manager.
• Manage contractor/vendor relationships and project budgets; ensure cost/time quality.
• Support strategic growth by improving processes and reducing outside contractor reliance.
