Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage on‑site production and day‑to‑day operations for 3D‑printed residential construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize expert knowledge of construction methodologies to oversee and execute site activities effectively.
• Serve as a hands‑on builder, setting a high standard of craftsmanship in carpentry, masonry, concrete work, roofing, tiling, and other construction techniques.
• Actively mentor and teach junior team members and growing construction workers, fostering their skill development and confidence.
• Build and nurture a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages communication, problem‑solving, and mutual respect.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align site operations with overall project goals and requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovative practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.
• Document and share best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation in construction methods.
• Uphold a commitment to excellence and maintain a positive attitude that inspires the entire team.

Qualifications

• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience
  • 5‑10+ years experience in construction preferred
  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Superintendent, Independent Builder, General Contractor or senior‑career construction role
  • Comprehensive background in various construction tasks, with a focus on carpentry and residential construction
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, masonry, or cement a plus
