• Five+ years in construction management or construction operations.
• Experience leading Project Managers or a construction department.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and financial overview skills.
• Proven ability to drive performance and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities from a departmental view.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the construction department.
• Coach and develop Project Managers and construction staff; set clear expectations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, documentation, and project profitability; ensure accuracy.
• Oversee subcontractor networks and resource planning; ensure pricing and quality standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and deliver projects per plans and standards.
