Job summary

Performance Contracting in Londonderry, NH is seeking an experienced Estimator to perform quantitative takeoffs and develop cost estimates for PCI LYMO 585 projects. The role focuses on establishing labor productivities, pricing with vendors, and subcontractor bids.

You will work with project teams, review drawings and specs, and manage contract administration for secured projects while supporting change orders and billing as needed. This position is on-site and safety-sensitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience estimating construction projects.
• Experience estimating or managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings for PCI scopes.
• Proven customer relationship management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and cost analysis abilities.
• Ability to read project schedules and determine sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimates.
• Maintain vendor relationships for pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for non-self-performed work.
• Understand market conditions and margins for bids.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with leaders.
• Assist in customer alignment and relations.
• Handle contract administration for secured projects.
• Utilize wage and benefit schedules.
• Handoff secured projects to Operations.
• Support in change orders and billings as needed.
• Assist estimating team for product line collaboration.
