• Detail-oriented with deadline-driven work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate repair cost estimates using templates, labor rates, and standards.
• Review plans and reports to develop detailed scopes and costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions, document findings with photos.
• Calculate quantities and price labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work.
• Research and verify costs; maintain organized project files.
• Collaborate with directors and experts to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
