Actalent is seeking an Estimator based in Sharonville, OH, to develop accurate estimates for a broad range of commercial construction projects. You will lead quantity takeoffs, manage subcontractor bidding, and organize estimates by CSI division to support preconstruction.

Qualifications

• CSI Divisions 02-33 coordination and MEP integration.
• Experience with ProEst or similar estimating platforms.
• Experience with preconstruction, buy-out, and budget tracking.
• Exposure to ACC and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead quantity takeoffs and manage subcontractor bidding.
• Organize estimates by CSI division and support preconstruction efforts.
• Assist in budgeting and price validation to support competitive bids.
