Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• Experience preparing detailed estimates, budgets, and bid analyses.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical scopes.
• Develop accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specs, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgeting documents for early-stage development.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals for accuracy and scope alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure competitive estimates.
