You will work on diverse residential and commercial framing projects within an employee‑owned company, focusing on accuracy, quality and cost control to deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget.

Duties

• Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to interpret project scope and material requirements
• Analyze material costs, labor rates, subcontractor quotes, and equipment needs to develop comprehensive project budgets
• Manage the estimation process from initial bid through final proposal submission, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
• Conduct site visits when necessary to assess existing conditions and gather additional information for accurate estimation
• Monitor project costs during execution to ensure adherence to budgets and implement cost control measures as needed
