We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Estimator to join our team! This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in exterior envelope construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals
• Compose, submit, and track RFIs
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare submittals and transmittals
• Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable and organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish-speaking – a plus
• Experience with exterior envelope systems: EIFS, Stucco, Brick, Stone, Siding, Panels, Masonry, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PlanSwift, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Dropbox
• Ability to perform take-offs and estimating
• OSHA certification – a plus
