Proven track record managing $20 million to $40 million annually in construction estimating.
Strong grasp of construction methods, materials, and processes.
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities to manage project details efficiently.
Attention to detail and teamwork.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with project management software and advanced estimating tools.

Responsibilities

Project Analysis: Review and evaluate project plans, specifications, and scopes to develop cost estimates.
Material and Labor Costs: Calculate material, labor, and subcontractor expenses while considering market trends.
Bid Preparation: Prepare detailed, competitive bids and present proposals to clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for future projects.
Project Coordination: Work with project managers for smooth transitions and handoff.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
