Job summary

Concord General Contracting in Arizona is seeking a Construction Estimator to turn concepts and construction documents into competitive, complete, and well-planned project budgets. In this role, you will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal teams throughout the preconstruction process.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset for estimating and planning.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, addenda, and bid documents.
• Experience estimating across multiple design stages, including conceptual to construction doc stages.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Review plans and bid documents to identify scope, risks, exclusions, and opportunities.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed estimates and supporting docs.
• Solicit and reconcile subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Lead bid-day activities and coordinate proposals.
