One of America’s leading concrete contractors, with over 100 years of industry success, is expanding its estimating team in South Carolina. They're on the lookout for three Estimators—ranging from early-career professionals with 1+ year of experience to seasoned seniors—ideally with a background in concrete estimation.

This is a standout opportunity to join a company that prioritizes both personal and professional growth. As an Estimator, you’ll produce accurate, high-quality estimates for large-scale concrete projects. You’ll analyze plans, assess risks, and work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure every detail is aligned and every bid is profitable. A sharp eye for constructability and a proactive approach to boosting margins are key.

You’ll be hands-on—visiting sites, reviewing designs, and shaping estimates that help clients meet their budgets while maintaining top-tier quality and feasibility.

What you’ll need: at least a year of estimating experience (concrete preferred), a degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, and solid knowledge across all stages of the estimating process. Strong communication skills are essential, and experience with tools like On-Screen Take Off and Excel will give you an edge.
