Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
