Job summary

gpac is seeking an Estimator for our award-winning construction client in Sioux Falls, SD. The role targets candidates with 3+ years of estimating experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily and office markets.

You will prepare budgets, perform cost analyses, and present plans while managing multiple projects and collaborating with clients, owners, and design teams. On-site role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets.
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs.
• Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed.
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects.
• Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously.
