• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Timberline, UScost and WinEst

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify construction elements and enter quantities into pricing software
• Prepare and package bid proposals, ensuring standard conditions are included
• Coordinate with Contracts/Operations to ensure bid accuracy and timely submission
• Develop client relationships and gather data on lost bids for market insights
• Provide initial data for Commence and support project managers post-award
