We're looking for a Construction Estimator who can bring accuracy, organization, and professionalism to our estimating process. If you're experienced in residential construction, comfortable working with blueprints, and ready to take ownership of detailed cost analysis, let's talk.

As our Construction Estimator, you'll play a critical role in pricing out custom residential projects, collaborating closely with the project management team, and ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive estimates. You'll be primarily office-based but will occasionally visit job sites to ensure scope clarity and quality alignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and engineering plans to determine full scope and project requirements
• Prepare material take-offs and request bids from subcontractors and suppliers
• Review and compare estimates, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing
• Build detailed budgets for labor, materials, general conditions, and other costs
• Collaborate with the project management team to produce clear, professional proposals
• Track actual costs vs. budgets and maintain communication across departments
• Work mostly in-office with occasional job site visits
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating high-end residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of building materials, trade scopes, and industry standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud-based file management (OneDrive/SharePoint)
• Experience with construction or estimating software (JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore, etc.)
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Strong math and communication skills are essential
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug test
