GC located in Central New Jersey, is seeking a Construction Estimator to join a growing company in Central New Jersey. The preferred candidate must have an engineering degree, a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial construction and be able to manage preconstruction activities. The position requires a professional who is self-driven, can define scopes of work, perform quantity take-offs and pricing for multiple trades, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, review change order requests, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and can communicate well.
