ServiceMaster RRH is seeking an Estimator to oversee residential and commercial loss projects related to insurance claims, coordinating with mitigation and construction staff to prepare scopes, budgets, and approvals.

Ideal candidates have restoration/construction experience, proficiency with Xactimate, strong computer skills, professional correspondence, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel; IICRC certification is preferred, with training available.

Responsabilidades

• Call on adjusters, property managers and referrals to support the overall project.
• Receive loss assignments.
• Coordinate with mitigation and construction staff to be on-site as needed.
• Prepares and estimates an accurate scope for various projects and seeks approval on estimates for project start.
• Assist with monitoring and the collections accounts receivables from Customers and Insurance companies.
• Coordinates with project manager, sub constructors, vendors, etc.
• Assist project manager with project difficulties, supplements, and change orders.
• Create budgets, job cost monitoring, providing clarification between estimate and actual job cost.
• Maintain documentation through notes & otherwise on personal inspections and project flow.
• Update all necessary documentation on job management systems including adding pertinent documents
• Maintain professionalism with project conditions: workmanship, homeowner relationships, safety, cleanliness, and trades people conduct.
• Deliver necessary paperwork to the administrative department.
• Assistance on moving projects from estimating to production.
• Coordinate invoicing and billing with the accounting office related to estimating and bidding.
• Complete special assignments as requested by Supervisor
• Participate in on-going problem solving and practicing continuous improvement of the department and company as a whole.

We’re looking for an Estimator to oversee projects for residential & commercial losses related to insurance claims including construction or repairs. Will work hand in hand with all departments to provide estimates, scopes of work, get approvals on projects, assist with project design, project budgets, etc. We are seeking those with both sales and project management experience within disaster restoration, ideally for both commercial and residential.

Requirements

• Ability to travel out of town, if needed.

Benefits are available after 90 days of employment

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
