The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard‑bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Madison area.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard‑bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area. We are looking for an experienced Teammate to play a key role in shaping our Estimator Department through development and initiatives.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years estimating experience
• Experience with both hard‑bid and conceptual estimating
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff
