Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Lincolnwood, IL is seeking a Residential Design-Build Preconstruction Leader to spearhead estimating, purchasing, vendor management and preconstruction operations for residential design-build projects. You will own and develop accurate cost estimates and detailed takeoffs, manage purchase and work orders, and drive vendor and subcontractor negotiations to protect margins.

Coordinate closely with production, design, and accounting teams to ensure cost, scope, and documentation

Residential Design-Build Preconstruction Leader

Lead estimating, purchasing, vendor management, and preconstruction operations for residential design-build projects. Own and develop accurate cost estimates and detailed takeoffs, manage purchase and work order processes, and drive vendor and subcontractor negotiations. Provide project cost reporting and analysis to protect and maintain project margins.

Coordinate closely with production, design, and accounting teams to ensure cost, scope, and documentation alignment. Mentor and develop estimating and purchasing staff to strengthen preconstruction performance.
