How You Will Contribute To Our TEAM

• Evaluate construction deficiencies at Multi-family properties and determine necessary improvements for code compliance and property standards.
• Create scope of work to repair property issues as requested by management.
• Work with supervisor to ensure accurate cost estimates and complete bid packages.
• Inspect job sites with clients, sales, and adjusters to prepare detailed scopes and estimates in Xactimate.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
• Facilitate communication between adjusters, clients, and sales representatives.
• Provide industry expertise during contract negotiations.
• Assist in providing scopes of work and hard cost estimates to Operations.
• Coordinate with office staff for documentation during bidding phases.
• Support invoicing processes with proper information.
• Understand multi-family construction, including drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs and apply critical thinking to resolve construction issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Our Requirements

• Construction experience, multi-family preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• High integrity and decision-making capabilities
