How You Will Contribute To Our TEAM
- Evaluate construction deficiencies at Multi-family properties and determine necessary improvements for code compliance and property standards.
- Create scope of work to repair property issues as requested by management.
- Work with supervisor to ensure accurate cost estimates and complete bid packages.
- Inspect job sites with clients, sales, and adjusters to prepare detailed scopes and estimates in Xactimate.
- Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters.
- Facilitate communication between adjusters, clients, and sales representatives.
- Provide industry expertise during contract negotiations.
- Assist in providing scopes of work and hard cost estimates to Operations.
- Coordinate with office staff for documentation during bidding phases.
- Support invoicing processes with proper information.
- Understand multi-family construction, including drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs and apply critical thinking to resolve construction issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Our Requirements
- Construction experience, multi-family preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- High integrity and decision-making capabilities
