McKee Woodcraft LLC in Englewood, Colorado is seeking an organized Estimator to support residential and multi-family finish carpentry projects. This full-time, onsite role emphasizes accuracy, client satisfaction, and proactive collaboration as you grow into leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities include takeoffs, estimating doors, trim, hardware, cabinetry packages, and managing submittals, procurement schedules, and supplier buyouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years estimating or construction experience (finish carpentry, millwork, or cabinetry).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Mac and Windows environments.
• Understanding of construction documents and materials.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team.
• References will be verified; drug test and clean driving record required.

• Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently on all bids and proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of estimating or construction experience (finish carpentry, millwork, or cabinetry preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; database experience and familiarity with both Mac and Windows environments are a plus.
• Understanding of construction documents and materials.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or in a team.
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
• References are required and will be verified.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finish carpentry estimating or project coordination.
• Industry contacts in residential and multi-family construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Desire to grow into a management or senior estimating role.
