Careerpathway llc is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our Atlanta-based team. You will review plans, calculate costs, and prepare detailed pricing proposals for clients, ensuring competitive estimates.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction estimating, proficiency with estimating tools, and strong communication. Demo estimating is a plus but not required; training on new project types is available.

Job Title: Construction Estimator

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join a team working on a variety of building and site-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction costs, can review project documents, and prepare accurate price estimates for customers.Previous experience estimating demolition projects is not mandatory. Candidates with a background in general construction estimating who are willing to learn a new project type are encouraged to apply.
