Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Operator to join our Operations team in Chester, VA. This is a full-time position that supports field operations by moving materials safely and operating equipment as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of operator experience, OSHA 10 (30 preferred), forklift and fall protection training, and the ability to work outdoors. Lifting 50–100 lbs, climbing ladders, and frequent standing are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with operator certifications.
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge; ability to work with the team and take ownership of tasks.
• OSHA 10 training at minimum (30 preferred) and forklift and fall protection training.
• Experience with operating a skid steer and water truck is a huge plus; able to lift 50–100 lbs and work on uneven surfaces.

• Also perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
