Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Operator to join our Richmond, VA operations team. This is a full-time role focused on moving materials safely with equipment and supporting field crews.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of operator experience, OSHA 10 at minimum, forklift and fall protection training; skid steer and water truck experience is a plus; ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work outdoors, including overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of operator experience.
• OSHA 10 required; 30 hours preferred.
• Forklift and fall protection trained.
• MEWP (boom and scissor) training.
• Skid steer and water truck experience is a plus.
• Able to lift and carry 50–100 lbs; work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Moving materials in a safe, orderly way using equipment.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
