If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to take on a variety of tasks, from operating bulldozers to grading pads, we want to hear from you!

Things You'll Do

1. Operate heavy equipment safely & efficiently, such as trackhoes, backhoes, graders, loaders, skidsteers, crushing equipment, dozers, etc.
2. Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors.
3. Teach and direct laborers.
4. Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work needed.
5. Measure, mark, and record openings and distances for layout.
6. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment, including greasing and oiling.

Requirements

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. At least 1 year of experience operating loaders, dozers, or trackhoes.
3. Ability to read plans and gradestakes.
4. Ability to bend, sit for long periods, and work in heat.
5. Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
6. Strong safety awareness and commitment.
7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
