Asphalt Specialties Co., Inc. is a Colorado family owned corporation. We specialize in meeting individual customer needs while providing quality products and services throughout the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming. We supply a full range of building materials including aggregate, asphalt, and aggregate recycled products.

We are looking for anEXPERIENCED Finish Grading Skid Steer Operator/Laborer.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including water trucks, skid steer, compactor.
• Perform tasks such as digging, paving, and moving materials
• Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
• Shovel, rake, and spread dirt, sand, gravel, and other materials.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Level and grade sites according to plans and specifications.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles during operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
