Construction Equipment Operator - $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Position Summary

The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate skid steers, loaders, dozers, crushers, or excavators according to project specifications and will be responsible for daily equipment servicing and maintenance. This role requires travel.

Compensation

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Bonuses are paid out in two installments: half after 90 days and the remaining half after 6 months.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate equipment efficiently to meet production goals
• Assist with setup and teardown of plants
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work sites
• Lift objects weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Use shovels for material movement
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and adhere to safety standards
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate equipment efficiently and perform routine maintenance
• Basic welding and torch skills
• Valid MVR in accordance with company policy
• Willingness to obtain MSHA certifications (company-paid)
• Ability to work under adverse weather conditions
• Pass pre-employment drug testing
• Team player with willingness to travel
