Michigan Paving and Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking individuals to assist with heavy equipment operation and site maintenance at various construction sites. The role requires safety awareness, reliability, and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and experience around heavy equipment. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, as is the ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment safely.
• Assist with clean-up and maintenance around plant/site.
• Attend weekly safety meetings (Tool Box Talks).
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Work nights and weekends when necessary.
