Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Construction Equipment Field Technician to service the Altoona, PA area. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair earth-moving construction equipment, interfacing with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements include 4–5 years of hands-on repair experience, knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and electronics, and CDL Class B with air brake endorsement. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

The successful applicant must have 4-5 years of experience in repairing and maintaining all types of earth-moving heavy construction equipment. The successful candidate must also have good human relations skills and abilities as well as the personality to successfully communicate and problem solve with customers. Customer satisfaction is of primary concern. The essential functions of this position include the ability to independently and successfully diagnose and repair equipment.
As a Field Mechanic you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. Physical requirements include:
Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
CDL Class B with air brake endorsement required
