Job summary

Consor is seeking a Transportation Group Manager to lead the Puget Sound region's construction engineering inspection team. You will oversee project administration, mentor field staff, and coordinate with engineers to ensure code compliance and delivery within budget.

With a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least ten years of construction management experience, you will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and report to the regional director.

  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a transportation construction services group manager, you\'ll engage in the growth of our local practice and advance your career as a business leader in the region. You\'ll lead the construction engineering inspection team for the Puget sound region. You\'ll manage and mentor field inspection staff, coordinate with multiple disciplinary teams on a variety of projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and company standards. You\'ll devise new approaches to unique problems while developing the team. The transportation group manager reports to the regional director.

Salary $150,000 - $215,000 +

What You\'ll Need:

  • While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include frequent talking, hearing, standing, moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, balancing, coordination, and occasional sitting or operating a company vehicle. This job may require lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.
