Job summary

Collaborating with engineers, you will submit designs for peer review and ensure timely approvals; senior staff may seal designs after review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering required.
• EIT or EI preferred.
• Knowledge of temporary works design is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on temporary works designs to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance.
• Draft design plans for temporary works (falsework, shoring, temporary bridges, formwork, slopes, etc.) per specs and standards.
• Design temporary construction elements balancing constructability, cost, and on-site feasibility.
• Submit designs for peer review or approval; senior engineer/manager to seal after approval.
