The project is set to begin in January 2027.Responsibilities & QualificationsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinating and working with inspectors for field reviews, data collection and analysis, studies and forecasting.Collect and manage data for engineering or construction work such as to perform quantity take-offs for development of engineering estimate.Prepare project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports.Assist in change orders negotiations with contractors.Review contractor invoicing to verify quantities and enter contractor invoices into Client’s online system.Additional responsibilities as assigned.QUALIFCATIONS:Bachelors of Construction Management or related field with 2+ years of construction or office engineer experience is required.Previous infrastructure construction experience with NYCHA or similar agency preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.Additional InformationTYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $81,200- $121,800 annually for this position and local market.
