Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in construction project management
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents and bid proposals
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management to understand day-to-day and long-term financial management of construction projects
• Review billings, track change orders, and subcontractor requisitions
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking
• Support field crews to ensure efficiency and readiness
• Learn site logistics, safety, and quality control processes
• Assist with schedule management and site logistics
• Develop understanding of budgeting, estimating, and purchasing for new work
