Position Overview

We are seeking Construction Engineers to support our regional Responsible Charge Engineers in managing and inspecting Federal, State, and local government construction projects across Virginia. The Construction Engineer applies engineering principles to solve construction problems related to design, procurement, delivery, and project close-out.

Responsibilities

• Progressively increase involvement in construction management, including inspection services, contract management, change management, office engineering, materials testing, project controls, and project close-out.
• Work under the supervision of a licensed engineer.
• Work at client sites and construction locations as assigned.

Requirements

• B.S.C.E. or related field with 0-2 years of construction engineering experience.
• Experience in construction engineering, inspection, testing, and relevant industry certifications (VDOT, ACI, DEQ, etc.).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Positive attitude and cooperative work ethic.
