Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with an expected graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.
• Enthusiasm, punctuality, professionalism, and a proactive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: understand day-to-day and long-term management of construction projects.
• Financial Management: review gross billings, track change orders, and subcontractor requisitions.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, and material tracking.
• Trade Partner Success: advise subcontractors to plan for successful field installation.
• Field Management: learn building processes, assist site logistics, ensure quality and safety.
